Bong off agn,frm today to sun..lol,& tis mean=gym +shoppin(window) lol...
today went to gym agn..damme suck cork lor me..dunno where all de str gone to sia...too weak to lift up de chest bar lor...lol,MORE trainin is a MUST !!

after 1 1/2hr trainin,went to hv dinner,ate indian rojak,haha..is oily la,but long time nvr eat le,plus eat rice n noodles until sian le...lol.drink tea n chat abt next sat clubbin..wow wow!
but more excited thing is go taiwan after my NS n his ploy..must reli go enjoy n hv fun den back to hotel n work,or back to CCK ITE to study futher more...we shall c 2 yr later ba..hmm,cant wait le..but no choice no $ nw,even wanna go out oso need to think agn...

tmr mornin will b meetin darric for cheesecake,lol make cake for frx b'day so gd ah,when mine b'day come cook for me oso la..den i taste wether u got improve nt.haha...lol
after cheesecake will b meetin bong den go down to cityhall,find yuze at suntec it mall (IT show)ma..
